Jessica Grey, Global Supplier Inclusion Lead at RBC Royal Bank, has advanced supplier engagement by fostering a more inclusive and connected approach within the organization’s procurement practices. She has supported the development of matchmaking forums that bring suppliers together with sourcing leaders, helping to create greater visibility and more meaningful access to opportunities.
